IST Management is hiring an Account Executive, Workplace Services and Facilities Management sales professional. 2-4 years' successful sales experience is a plus, and no specific prior Workplace Services or Facilities Management experience is required. You will train under and work with an IST Senior VP of Sales to drive revenue for new and existing business in Workplace Services and Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, and Info Governance. Compensation + Benefits + Schedule + Career Path
This is salaried, full time sales position with a base compensation of $75,000.00 - $75,000.00, plus a car allowance of $300.00 per month, and bonus earnings: 1st Appointment bonus (resulting in no opportunity) of $50.00 per, 1st appointment bonus (resulting in opportunity) of $750.00 per, Proposal Presentation bonus of $1500.00, and a One-time bonus of 5% on new monthly billing. Possible monthly Activity bonus of $150.00.

This position begins with a paid, 2-week sales training program - week 1 at IST Management’s corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia. After training, this is a remote and schedule-autonomous position, with the expectation of in person appointments with prospects and clients as needed in and around Account Executive's assigned marketplace as directed by the supervising Senior VP of sales, as well as meeting attendance.
Based on achievements, career path promotes to National Account Manager, and then to Regional Vice President sales, and beyond. Year 1 KPIs as an Account Executive are activity driven.
Position will entail occasional travel - including air travel at times. This is an outside sales position.
You will drive revenue for new and existing business in Workplace Services and Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, and Info Governance.
