Overview

Service Specialist - Receptionist  will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a highly professional environment. This reception position will include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, and administrative support.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM with flexibility for additional attendance pending workloads

 

Location: Cental Phoenix Area

Compensation: $17.00-$17.00 hr

 

Responsibilities

The Service Specialist will be responsible performing business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include: 

  • Reception position - main responsibility 
  • Meet and Greet customers and direct them to conference rooms
  • Ensures the coordinated delivery of mail/package parcels
  • Sending and receiving emails and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Filing and data entry
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  •  

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Professionalism a plus
  • Reception or front office experience
