IST Management is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in providing solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management. Customer Service Office Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing all corporate services at the client's site, including: Scanning mail, hospitality, conference room set-ups, mail, shipping & receiving, copy services, front desk reception coverage, light courier duties and periodic bank runs. Upkeep of the corporate office environment and common spaces (cleaning, organizing, stocking), and basic office services and administrative work as assigned. Ideal candidates are self-starters with great attention to detail.
Compensation: USD $18/hr to $20/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday when needed during regular business hours between 7:30-5:00pm
