The Office Services Manager is responsible for providing on-site management to support our facilities, hospitality, conference room and office support services operation in a highly professional office environment. Ideal candidates will have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, display superior concierge-style hospitality standards, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Hourly Compensation: $32/hr-$35/hr USD

The Workplace Experience Manager will be responsible for providing superior on-site facilities and office services. Additional responsibilities include:
Management Responsibilities:
Deliver a premium service culture
Consistently model and uphold a warm, refined, and highly hospitable experience—similar to luxury hotel standards.
Client & employee communications
Provide polished, professional verbal and written communication to internal and external clients.
Vendor oversight
Coordinate and oversee preferred vendors to ensure service quality and accountability.
Team leadership
Manage a team of on-site employees with a focus on performance, service excellence, and daily execution.
Support and guide staff to ensure both the team and the organization succeed.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and hospitality-focused development for Office Services staff.
Lead regular team meetings and collaborate with management on priorities and updates.
Policy and procedure support
Assist in the development, implementation, and refinement of SOPs to ensure consistent white-glove standards.
Space planning assistance
Support small-scale planning and changes to the workspace as needed.
PO creation and management
Create, maintain, and track purchase orders with accuracy and detail.
Reporting & documentation
Maintain logs, checklists, and service documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
Safety and compliance
Follow all safety procedures and support general operational tasks as assigned.
On-Site Services Responsibilities
Floor ownership
Provide elevated service and support for one dedicated floor, ensuring a frictionless and polished workplace experience.
Meeting & conference room excellence
Manage room scheduling, setup, breakdown, and resets.
Coordinate food and beverage services with a refined, hospitality-driven approach.
Ensure all spaces maintain a clean, concierge-level presentation.
Facilities coordination
Respond to and manage facilities-related requests in partnership with building teams and vendors.
Mailroom & office services
Oversee mail, shipping, receiving, and internal distributions.
Manage office supply inventory and ensure all work areas are fully stocked, organized, and immaculate.
Pantry & amenity management
Oversee pantry presentation, inventory, and ordering to maintain a polished, high-quality experience.
Equipment oversight
Ensure all Office Services equipment is operational and serviced as needed.
Administrative support
Perform light administrative duties to support the workplace and leadership team.
