We are hiring a Sous/Chef/Kitchen Manager- Seafood Stall @ Halidom Eatery to work with us on-site at Halidom Eatery on Moreland Avenue in Atlanta, GA - near the EAV neighborhood.

Halidom Eatery hosts diverse food vendors and features the beautiful Bar La Rose. The atmosphere is elevated casual, contemporary, and energetic. Our private event space, The Jungle Room, is perfect for parties, meetings, and intimate gatherings.

Compensation 

55,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD per year

Benefits options include: Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, and 401K, Paid Time Off (12 days/yr), four Paid Holidays

Schedule: Full time ~50-55hrs/wk

Requirements

• Strong seafood and BOH background

• Experience running a kitchen

• Accurate and responsible ordering

• Passion for recipes, R&D, and creation

• Scheduling and staffing oversight

• P&L, cost control, and labor management
