Work Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8AM - 5PM  ***NO NIGHTS/WEEKENDS***

Position Details: This direct hire role is full-time, hours operate between Monday - Friday and typically are 8:00am - 5:00pm (occasionally fluctuating due to planned events). Business professional dress code and standards are required.

 

Hourly Compensation: $21.00-23.00 USD per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities

The Reception Lead is responsible for being the single point of contact for clients, guests and staff and other administrative support services in a legal environment. Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, reception/guest management experience, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

  •  Reception single point of contact (SPOC) at the firm for clients, guests and staff
  • Administrative support for the senior manager/office administrator for the firm
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Providing accurate and professional support in areas such as main office reception, document services and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Candidates are expected to have prior reception/guest management experience in a comparable support setting
  • Must have access to reliable transportation 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
