Overview

We are seeking a Reception Service Specialist to join our team at IST Management Services in Irvine, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in a corporate office environment, legal records, and expert customer service. Hourly Compensation: $20 - $21 Per Hour

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.  No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities

The Reception Service Specialist will provide superb client experiences, be the face of the firm, support client initiatives, and support the on-site team with records, mail and hospitality operations for the office.  Additional duties include:

  • Facilities - Report issues to office of the building, parking validations
  • Corporate Hospitality - including ownership of environment presentation, assistance with conference room setups, and catering and events 
  • Records Management - scanning and digital/physical filing
  • Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees
  • Report on monthly volumes

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must have excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills as well as hands-on experience using Microsoft Office. Prior experience in a corporate or law firm setting is a huge plus! Other qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required
  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
  • Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
  • Competency in multitasking
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
