Overview

Halidom Eatery in East Atlanta is hiring a full time + entry level + on-site Sales Representative!

 

The Sales Rep will perform outbound cold calling and other cold outreach campaigns to engage with local groups, associations, and businesses as needed to keep the event pipeline full throughout the year at Halidom Eatery, including our private event space - the Jungle Room. The rep will work on-site at Halidom Eatery/our offices, and will lead tours of the Eatery space for prospective clients. 

 

Halidom Eatery hosts 10 diverse food vendors and features the beautiful Bar La Rose, serving delicious craft cocktails. The atmosphere is elevated casual, contemporary, and energetic. The eatery hosts weekly events open to the community. Think Miami-style celebration meets family-friendly!

 

The ideal candidate must be ready to dive in head first with cold outreach campaigns, including heavy cold calling. Prior experience in an outbound cold-calling role is required for consideration.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00+/yr base + sales/event based bonuses, OTE year 1 ~50-75K

 

Base salary will dependent upon prior experience in an outbound cold calling sales role. If you have 3 years of experience or more, you may be considered at the 65K max of the range for base salary.

Schedule: Full time, on-site M-F plus availability for special events, salaried; attendance requirements will vary based upon operating hours and events. Employee is expected to work at least 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  1. Perform cold calling and execute other cold outreach campaigns to drive revenue and private bookings at Halidom Eatery; manage all aspects of sales, including direct client communication
  2. Perform tours for existing and prospective clients; meet on-site attendance policy
  3. Engage the Atlanta community to keep the events pipeline full at Halidom Eatery; dinners, cooking classes, food festivals, live entertainment, and community outreach programs
  4. Foster strong relationships with local influencers, community organizations, and businesses to enhance the venue's presence in the community
  5. Identify and explore new and innovative programming ideas to keep the venue dynamic and appealing to a diverse clientele; stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in programming
  6. Collaborate with Halidom team on all initiatives; take direction from General Manager
  7. Implement strategies to effectively market events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and local partnerships

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be ready to dive in head first with cold outreach campaigns, including heavy cold calling. Prior experience in an outbound cold-calling role is required for consideration.  Other qualifications include:

  1. US authorization to work for any employer in the US is required; diploma or GED required
  2. Fluency with MS Office tools; comfortable being the computer for extended periods
  3. Experience with social media management and sales tools; CRM experience a plus
  4. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written - required
  5. Familiar with current trends in culinary, events, and social media industries a plus
  6. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
