The Opportunity: IST is looking for friendly, service-oriented, customer focused people with a passion for excellence. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward supervisor, assistant manager and site manager positions. This is an full time position with IST Management Services, performing office services work 40 hours per week 

 

Hourly Compensation: $15.00-15.00 USD 

 

Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Bonus Incentives!

 

FULL TIME POSITION: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Assist with processing mail, copy, print, scanning of documents for staff
  • Set up & breakdown meeting rooms - conference rooms for client events
  • Backup receptionist when needed
  • Stock pantry with coffee, sugar, cups...etc & keep area clean
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
  • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have a access to reliable transportation - ability to meet attendance policy, including for sites not along public transportation routes
  • Must have excellent customer service skills/experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Lifting up to 35 pounds
