Overview

Prior experience in customer service or mail services is a plus. Prior print production experience preferred.

 

Hourly Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

The Mail and Equipment Associate will processing incoming mail, maintain the printers throughout the office, and produce printing orders:

  • Mail - Pick-up, process (scan) and deliver mail and parcels throughout site to appropriate personnel 
  • Printers - Refill paper, change consumable supplies (toner, drum units, etc.)
  • Printing - Receive and produce printing orders as received
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Ideal candidates have relevant experience in customer service, have an understanding of mail operations, have some printing production knowledge, are willing to train, and are self-starters. Additional qualifications include: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
