Overview


We are seeking Driven, Outgoing Professional Candidates to join our team in a Law Firm Copy Center environment for a Service Specialist position. As a Service Specialist, you will collaborate with your team to execute all site operations pertaining to copy/print/scan services, mail room services, conference room set ups for Zoom, Team meetings and Audio-visual equipment, and other general office service duties.

Location: Downtown Tucson, AZ 

Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday – no nights, no weekends

Office Hours:  7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation: $17.00 - $17.00 an hour

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Copy/Print/Scan per client directions
• Processing incoming mail, renaming and delivery in a timely manner
• Set up Zoom meetings, Team chats, whiteboards, computer and phone connections and google meets. Occasional court connections.
• Assist with troubleshooting computer hardware, such as replace keyboards, mouse, faulty cord connections
• Preparing and scanning files, renaming and quality control page for page
• Professionalism - Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

Qualifications


Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Great customer service skills, outgoing with a smile
• Computer experience a must
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Adobe and other computer applications
• Responsible and reliable
• Eager to learn and help out in other area's
• Understanding Audio Visual tools and applications to trouble shoot
