Overview

IST Management is seeking an Entry Level On Call Star to support our office in Raleigh nc. This position is part time - on call with no fixed schedule and will fill in when full time staff are out on vacation for a week or out sick. Candidate must be flexable and be willing to come in at moments notice sometimes. Ideal candidates will be customer service focused, hospitality setting up food/drinks for meetings experience, work well in a team environment, and are willing to train as necessary! Candidates must have a valid driver's license. 

Location: Raleigh NC  - FREE Parking

 

Schedule: Be available - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm - Be able to work 6-15 days per month

Compensation: $16.50 - $16.50.  Bonus opportunities available!

Responsibilities

Ideal candidates display high-end customer service skills, possess hospitality experience setting up conference rooms and event areas with food/ drinks for executive meetings, hand out security badges to staff at reception desk, and deliver /process mail. Candidate and  have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operating mailing, copy, printing, and scanning equipment
  • Be trained to hand out security badges to staff at reception desk
  • Have food service/hospitality experience. 
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Be able to lift ice buckets that weigh 25lbs
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Be dependale - reliable
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • 1 year of experience working in a professional office or copy/mail center a HUGE plus
  • Able to lift 35lbs
  • Excellent attendance - reliable; ability to work independently and in a team setting
