Position Details:

This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services and light facility/custodial work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 5:00PM. No nights, no weekends. All locations worked will be in the Louisville/Jeffersonville metro area. Business acceptable dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Compensation: $16.00-17.50 USD per hour, DOE

The On-Call, Part-Time Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to: 

• Cleaning of common area glass doors/windows
• Inspect the building and its components on a regular basis, identify and prioritize necessary cleaning and repair activities, and report safety and security concerns.
• Maintain kitchen area, make coffee, supply food and snack items
• Stock and Clean bathroom areas daily (soap, paper dispensers, toilet paper)
• Spot mop as needed ; Light facilities as needed
• Set-up conference room meetings as needed; Break down, clean up after conferences
• Replenish supplies in all breakroom areas; Ensure office supplies and support areas are ready for daily operations
• Other duties as assigned

The On-Call, Part-Time Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to:

• Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
