Overview

IST Management is seeking a Mail Services Site Manager for the Jacksonville team! The Mail Services Site Manager will be responsible for general oversight of Mail Services Operations in addition to providing on-site support to mailroom staff, third party vendors, and end users. Ideal candidates will have relevant management experience in mailroom and/or customer service settings, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to help grow operations by adding value and accountability.

Hourly Compensation: $21.00-21.00 USD Per Hour

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities

The Mailroom Manager will provide a wide range of office services, including:

  • Supervision of on-site office services team and services provided
  • Process, sort, and delivery of mail and parcels throughout campus to appropriate personnel
  • Collaborative work with vendors to ensure services delivered
  • Oversight of daily mail routes and courier services
  • Maintenance and monthly reporting of USPS permits and accounts
  • Assist end users with USPS mailing services, including Business Reply and PO Boxes
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume environment
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Adhere to all safety procedures.  Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years' of related experience providing top-tier customer service or office support services. Other qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED required, authorization to work for any employer in the US required; experience working in hospitality, retail, or restaurants is a plus!
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy; access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
