Overview

IST Management is seeking a Legal Site Supervisor to join the Downtown St. Louis team! The Legal Site Supervisor is responsible for providing legal support services in a Law Firm environment. Ideal candidates must have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience in a legal support services role is a huge plus!

Hourly Compensation: $20.00-23.00 DOE

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. Must have flexible work schedule to help support events in the evening and on weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

The Legal Site Supervisor will manage an on-site team will manage and on-site team to support copy/print/scan, mail, and hospitality operations for the office.  Additional duties include:

  • Copy/Print/Scan - Respond to job requests, process requests, and conduct quality control
  • Corporate Hospitality - Conference room set-ups, assist with catering events, light maintenance of common areas and overall office environment esthetics and presentation
  • Communication - Effective written and verbal communication with clients, vendors, and employees
  • Reporting - Complete management reports, volume reports, and report meter reads
  • Dress Code - Office Business Casual
  • Other Duties
    • Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
    • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
    • Shipping & Receiving/Ordering supplies
    • Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
    • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
    • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience in a legal industry or administrative role is a huge plus! Other qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required 
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Expert customer service skills - must be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; willingness to cross-train for other job functions
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on occasion
