Overview

We are seeking an energetic, customer oriented individual with a strong background in providing outstanding customer care to come join our dynamic company as a Regional STAR Office Associate at IST Management Services.  This exciting position is located in the Chicago Area (Suburbs).  Please note that parking stipend is provided.  IST Management Services is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in providing solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services.  This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Work Schedule:    Monday - Friday  8:00am-5:00pm

 

Compensation:     $18.00 - $21.00 hourly

 

 

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Provide support to assigned locations in the Chicago area and suburbs (Downers Grove, Rosemont, Oak Brook, Glenview)
  • Operating mail, copy and duplicating equipment; Performing front desk receptionist coverage whenever backfill is needed
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Typing correspondence, filing, copying, entering data, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail, and other administrative/customer support tasks as assigned
  • Shipping and Receiving; Ordering supplies; Mail pickup and delivery runs; Lifting large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper
  • Handling time-sensitive material, confidential, urgent packages
  • Maintain copier equipment; Demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands
  • Adhering to business procedure guidelines; Taking direction from Supervisor or Site Manager; Participating in cross-training
  • Maintaining all logs and reporting documentation; Adhering to all safety and security procedures

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Excellent customer service relationship management skills; Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing mulitple functional tasks; Excellent computer/PC skills
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs with aid
