Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

 

Compensation: $15.00 - $15.00 USD/Hour + Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming & outgoing USPS mail
  • Incoming and outgoing shipping and receiving
  • Operate copy and mail equipment
  • Manage office supply inventory
  • Monitor office email requests
  • Light facility work

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have reliable means of transportation to - from work
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality / Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Must be reliable
