Overview

IST Management is seeking an Entry Level Mailroom Associate to join our Miami team! The Entry Level Mailroom Associate will be responsible for assisting with mail and package services provided on-site in a team environment. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player, possess a valid driver's license, and are willing to train!

Hourly Compensation: $13.00-13.00 USD + benefits!

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM) NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities

The Entry Level Mailroom Associate will be responsible for assisting with mail and package services provided on-site in a team environment. Other responsibilities include:

  • Operate company van or vehicle for mail/package delivery throughout campus environment, as needed
  • Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, and/or urgent packages
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned
  • Ability and willingness to submit to and pass required pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player, possess a valid driver's license, and are willing to train! Other qualifications include:

  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US, high school diploma or GED required.
  • Pre-employment drug screening required.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication skills
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy; a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to up to 55 pounds
  • Willingness to cross train in services provided
