Overview

IST Management is seeking an Office Services Supervisor to join our team at IST Management Services in Portland, OR! The Office Services Supervisor will be responsible for providing Corporate Hospitality and Receptionist services, in addition to other support assistance on-site daily. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in hospitality or customer service, are willing to train, possess a level of professionalism and are ready to grow in their office services career!

Hourly Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00/hour

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.  No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities

The Office Services Supervisor will be responsible for handling the daily operations and reporting for the location.

  • Reception - Switchboard and voice-mail forwarding, greet guests, validate parking, etc.
  • Hospitality - Ensure site common areas are well-stocked and maintained, check conference rooms and reset after meetings, etc.
  • Supply Management - Take inventory and maintain established par levels throughout office
  • Provide administrative support, as needed (e.g. maintain office systems to support practice productivity, manage and replenish office supplies)
  • Reporting - Handle monthly reporting and additional reports as requested
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) 
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
