Overview

IST Management is seeking energetic & dynamic individuals with a passion to serve others to join our team as Part-Time Customer Support Associates.  This position will consist of performing various mail related tasks, shipping & receiving, document printing, conference room services, hospitality, and front desk reception services within a corporate working environment.  The ideal candidate must be detail oriented & process driven with a background & focus in customer service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career!

Hourly Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 USD per hourly, based on experience

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday  7:00am - 5:30pm  (Schedule will vary based on an "as need basis") 

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

The Part-Time Customer Support Associates will perform mail related tasks, shipping & receiving, document printing, conference services, hospitality and front desk reception services.  Additional responsibilities include:

  • Operating mail, copy and duplicating print equipment
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Reception coverages as needed - smiling and greeting clients & visitors, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
  • Setup Conference Rooms for meetings and maintain site common areas, including kitchen/break-rooms to ensure areas are cleaned (ie-unload/load dishwasher, setup water and coffee for meetings, etc)
  • Adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned from site supervisor/manager

 

Qualifications

Candidates for the Part-Time Customer Support Associate will need to have a professional demeanor and customer driven with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.  Other qualifications include:

  • A valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Lifting up 50 lbs with aid
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
