Overview

The Opportunity: IST is looking for a friendly, service-oriented, customer focused Site Supervisor candidate with a passion for excellence. The Site Supervisor must have at least 1-3 years experience managing staff. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance.

 

Location: Downtown Pittsburgh Area.  Free parking and convenient to public transportation!  


Schedule: 7:30 - 4:30pm with 1 hour lunch.

Compensation: $18.00 - $18.00.  Bonus opportunities available

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of on-site office and facilities team
  • Responsible for managing mail operations, shipping and receiving, copycenter operations and the copier fleet
  • Developing a strong relation ship with the staff
  • Coaching and developing the staff
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
    • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
    • Maintain all logs and reporting, documentation, attention to detail
    • Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent Customer Service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • 1-3 Yr experience working/managing in a professional office or copy/mail center a HUGE plus
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Excellent attendance - reliable; Ability to work independently and in a team setting
