Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends!

Compensation: $20.00 - $20.00/hour

Responsibilities

This is a full-time position performing shipping/receiving and mail related services.

  • Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
  • Receiving Shipments – Receive, process and deliver packages
  • Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume environment
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Take direction from the site manager and assistant site manager
  • Participate in cross-training
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations and customer service.

  • Valid drivers' license
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvy
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion with assistance
  • Standing for long periods of time; significant walking
  • Preferred forklift certification
  • Warehouse experience, computer skils, and customer service skills
