Litigation Case Managers, Senior Litigation Paralegals, e-Discovery Paralegals, Litigation Support Managers, Legal Technology Directors, and all other e-Disc SMEs…would you like to work remotely, control your own schedule, and use your existing knowledge to earn more money?

 

As a member of the sales team at IST Management, you’ll draw upon your existing relationships with litigators and litigation support professionals to bring them into the fold here at IST Management as e-Discovery and Litigation support clients. No prior sales experience needed…we want your industry knowledge and network!

 

To qualify for this role, you'll need:

 

1. Control over a large volume of e-Disc and litigation support work requests and vendor selection for those projects - multiple TB's per year

 

2. Confidence in your ability to bring business over to IST Management as a trusted e-Disc expert in your network

We offer full benefits as well as accrued Paid Time Off for employees. The base compensation for this role can range between $85,000.00 - $155,000.00, or more. Commissions you earn based on selling our full suite of litigation support services are up to 16% and completely uncapped. Eligible RVPs are offered equity shares in IST Management.

 

Base compensation for this position ranges between 85,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD per year + DOE. Additional income from commissions.

● What’s training like? We offer comprehensive training remotely, hybrid, or at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA for up to a 3-week duration – travel, lodging, and accommodations on us. Our sales team members depart training with the full support of our marketing, IT support, and field operations teams behind them – including receiving leads and setting appointments in your home city before heading back. We will make sure that you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

You'll need current experience with control over a large volume of e-Disc and litigation support work requests and vendor selection for those projects - multiple TB's per year to qualify for this position. Other qualifications include:

  • Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
